This will give you a workout program designed to take the guesswork out of it, a nutrition course to teach you what and how to adjust the way you eat to make lifestyle changes, and you'll have the support of the group to help you get through it all.

Enjoy 1:1 coaching that includes your horse as a part of the process.  We will work closely together to discover exactly what you need to make real changes in your health, riding, and lifestyle.



Together, we will create a fitness and nutrition plan that will become your new lifestyle. My coaching gives you short and powerful workouts, strategic nutrition programming, and accountability to ensure long lasting results. 


McKayla  helps horsewomen gain confidence through building the physique and health they’ve always wanted.


She has been around horses her whole life training colts, instructing riders, teaching equine science, trick riding, and coaching vaulting.


Through exploring all of these areas she found a link between the fitness and health of the rider and how they were able to connect and perform with their horses. 

As McKayla continued to grow her skills as a horse trainer and professional riding instructor she began to study nutrition and fitness and achieved professional certifications in both areas, now she works full time helping horsewomen gain confidence through building the physique and health they've always wanted.

My main hesitation when it came to start coaching was the money I would be investing in something I felt like I should be able to accomplish on my own. 

In the months I have been on this incredible journey, I have achieved so much more than I ever thought I would. My body has changed into something I feel proud of when I look in the mirror. My eating lifestyle has improved and evolved into something that makes me feel so much stronger and healthier.  

My mindset has also changed because I don't see foods as "good" or "bad", I see it as something that will either give me the protein I need, or the carbs that I am craving.
