The Horsewomen Nutrition Course


This course is designed to:

  • Educate you around the basics of nutrition

  • Debunk myths and show you what really works

  • Teach you how to build and adjust a nutrition plan tailored to you!


You'll be able to use your customized app to practice tracking your meals. Whether that's with calories, portions, or photos, we've got you covered!


A Personal Coach

Having a personal coach will allow you to:


  • Have one on one conversations about your physical and nutritional needs

  • Get customized workout plans

  • Have one on one instruction for your horsemanship


The private Health and Fitness for Horsewomen Facebook Group Page.


In this group you will:

  • Get challenges and advice designed to make your horse a part of the program

  • Be able to ask questions, share wins, and the struggles

  • Have access to support through women just like you

  • And of course, talk horses! 


Each week you'll be able to get on a live zoom call with the other members of the community and your coach

We will cover:

  • Any struggles, wins and questions that come up throughout the week.

  • Exercise movements.

  • Riding Exercises.

  • Nutrition topics.

  • And much more!
